My services for buyers are 100% paid for by the seller's cooperative commission they already agreed to when they listed their property on the MLS®. Regardless if the amount is high or low, my buyer clients will never be charged for my services.
My services for sellers are based on a small percentage of the final sales price of the property. In addition to my percentage, sellers are encouraged to offer an additional amount to prospective buyers' agents whom facilitate in the sale. This is a complicated topic and can be better explained after looking at the property in question and discussing various marketing strategies. Rest assured, fees are only collected at the very end when the property has sold and the buyer has paid in full.

Ha ha ha, Thank you for this question :) I was born and raised in BC, in a very small town, moved around a lot and when I was University age moved to Burnaby. The Vancouver area is not that big.
